Project Description
The main objective of the project was to obtain mineral ZnO sun filters with a particle size greater than 100 nm, capable of providing high protection against UV-A, UV-B, visible and infrared radiation, being stable in different phases and with the capacity to transport antioxidants.
Thematic Scope
The project is part of the research and development of cosmetic products, specifically in the area of photoprotection.
Budget and Investment
The total budget of the project is €400,819.00. The project received a partially reimbursable grant from the CDTI (Centre for Technological Development and Innovation) for a value of up to €340,696.15, representing 85% of the total budget. This grant is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF 2021-2027).
